Vida Fitness Bulleen Programs
Gym Membership
Work out in our fully equipt studio gym 7 days a week, early morning until late. Open space for functional training as well as plenty of exercise equipment for a wide and diverse range of training.
Class Membership
Join one of our many class options in a variety of spaces. These include classes in the Gym, Boxing Studio, Open space basketball court, synthetic grass outdoor cross-training space or boutique mezzanine level gym.
Boxing Studio
If you are looking to change up your training, work out in our boxing studio. Ring, bags, pads and more taken by qualified boxing trainers There are class and PT options available,
PT Sessions
Programs which increase function, physical capacity, and improve your performance. Individualised training programs and exercises which work for you.
Personal Training Sessions
Fad diets and short term training plans don’t help you achieve & maintain your goals in the long term. So what does work? A change to your way of life that includes food you enjoy, exercise, and healthy habits.
